She has served as a HR columnist for HRIndia online which is a leading Indian HR Portal.
She was empanelled as Senior Trainer & Consultant with Germany based Training Organization, Doors Training & Consulting. Smita has trained with multinationals such as KPMG, ILFS, Motorola, AIG, MTNL & Tata SKY in in India. Her programs included Service Excellence, Managerial Effectiveness, Performance Appraisal Programs, Business communication, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management & Problem Solving & Decision making. Smita has had industry experience with BFSI and has served with organizations such as GE- Country wide and TATA- AIG in India in a Managerial capacity.
In the UAE & GCC region Smita has successfully served major organizations such as ENOC, Fujairah National Group, Salalah Group Oman ,Al Gurg Group & Al Rostamani Group . She has conducted Conflict Management Programs, Change Management Programs , Managerial Effectiveness Program, Business Communication Programs, Presentation Skills Programs, Administration & Secretarial courses as well as Language Trainings. She has also conducted numerous open programs which can be clubbed under the same heads . She is empaneled with the Etisalat academy as a consultant & trainer. Smita was a part of the core group of employees hired to set up the organization for Svarna Training Institute and has contributed in the capacity of Manager - Training & Development. She was the interface for key corporate clients, & has proved instrumental in securing the key accounts. She was also responsible for the Training Needs Assessment, Content, Delivery of Trainings and Quality Control of the trainings delivered.
