Saif Sultan Al Abri is a committed HR Professional with over 18 years’ experience in Banking and Telecom Industry. Saif has become a trusted professional to senior business leaders in Oman for employee engagement and training aspects. He is a certified HR Professional.
Before devoting his work to Training & Development, he was leading Employee Engagement at Omantel; one of the GCC’s biggest telecom operators and leader in Oman.
The HR Brilliance Awards were given to Saif for Employee Engagement in addition to his contribution to MENA Excellence Award Employee Engagement won in 2015 by Omantel. Saif raises the bar of expectations from the company by winning recently MENA Excellence Award Employee Engagement in Dubai which is added to BOC London Award of Brilliance for Employee Engagement . Furthermore, he is also engaged as a Judge for International Award Organization like IBX.
He truly believes that employee engagement and loyalty are vital to any company. He has always been encouraging employee engagement and was focused on having success with strong and authentic values based on trust, fairness and mutual respect.
On the one hand he is currently supporting more than 2500 employees across the Sultanate. For this purpose, he is implementing best people practices that advance skills and leverage business strategy. On the other hand, he established the Employee Engagement structure and function at Omantel, which was recognized and rewarded in different international conferences.
He is a member of several world’s largest engaged HR associations. Main ones are: OSHRM, MELA, Prosci, SHRM where he is truly committed to several conference as Speaker in the MENA Region.His contribution to Omantel was honored for engaging employees by fostering a corporate culture, employee engagement surveys, onboarding, flexibility, transparency, recognition and team building.
