Motaz Abdul Mahdi Abdul Baqi Al Lawati holds an MBA degree from University of Hull, United Kingdom. He has been working in customer service for more than 12 years in different telecommunication organizations in Sultanate of Oman. Motaz is currently the Department Head of Ooredoo Oman Contact Center leading a team of more than 150 employees. He participated and led many digital transformation initiatives and enhance customer experience.
